What gets deleted
Your account, saved progress, test history, and any personal details tied to your account are permanently removed. This can’t be undone.
We may retain a minimal record where required by law, and anonymised, non-identifying data may be kept for analytics.
How long it takes
Requests are typically processed within 30 days. We may email you to confirm your identity before deleting.
